Account

Upon confirmation of your email, we will activate your account immediately. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the email address provided during registration. Additionally, you agree to keep your account credentials secure and not to share them with others.

Failure to adhere to these Terms & Conditions may result in the suspension or termination of your account, leading to the loss of access to any content or services associated with your account.

Disclaimer

The Company assumes no liability for any damages or losses you might incur. We provide our services "as is" without any express or implied warranties. Specifically, we disclaim all warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose.

The Company's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable laws. Users agree to indemnify The Company against any claims arising from their use of the service.

Study Materials

Users on our platform have the opportunity to contribute Study Material relevant to their selected courses and universities. This Study Material can then be accessed and downloaded by other users within the platform.

Upon each accepted contribution, users earn a download token, which they can use to download an additional document within the platform.

Engaging in activities that violate copyright or trademark laws through our services is strictly prohibited. This includes the unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted study materials, sample exams, textbooks, or any other academic resources. Uploading counterfeit or unauthorized academic materials may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.

If you suspect any infringement of your copyright or trademark rights on our platform, please contact us with detailed information about the content in question and its location. Premium Subscription

Definition

Our premium subscription grants the user access to exclusive premium features and a set of premium question pools, enhancing their learning experience.

Payment Methods

Users have the convenience of choosing between secure Card Payments or utilizing Whish Money for seamless subscription transactions.

Refund Policy

As part of our commitment to transparency, we do not offer refunds for premium subscriptions. We provide freemium users with a limited access experience, allowing them to fully explore our services before upgrading to the premium subscription.

Data Protection

Your privacy and security are paramount to us. We adhere to strict data protection standards, ensuring that your card details are not stored after transactions are completed. Only essential billing details are retained for transactional purposes, maintaining the confidentiality of your sensitive information.

Terms & Conditions for Students

Public Question Pools

• Generating Practice Exams: Students can generate practice exams from public Pools, solve them interactively on Zaker.io, and receive instant results with explanations.
• Retakes and New Exams: Students can retake exams as many times as they want or generate new ones from the Pools.
• Premium Pools: Access to Premium Pools requires a subscription to Zaker.io's premium plan.

Private Question Pools

• Creation and Use: Students can create their own private Pools and use them to generate practice exams.

Terms & Conditions for Teachers

Eligibility and Role Assignment

Our team grants the Teacher role to individuals who have verified academic qualifications. If you believe you are eligible and would like to become a teacher on Zaker, please reach out to our team at support@zaker.io.

Exclusive Features for Teachers

1. AI-Assisted Question Creation: As a teacher on Zaker, you gain access to an AI feature designed to help you create questions easily within a question pool.
2. Publication Rights: Only teachers have the ability to publish pools and make them public. By doing so, teachers can earn royalties based on student interactions with their published premium pools.
3. Referral Royalties: Teachers can also earn royalties for successful user referrals. This is not tied to the premium question pools and serves as an additional incentive for teachers to help grow the platform. These royalties are disbursed to the teachers' accounts at the end of each month.

Types of Question Pools

1. Premium Pools
   • Availability: Only accessible to premium users with an active premium plan.
   • Royalties and Payments: Teachers earn royalties based on our royalty formula whenever students generate practice exams from their Pools. Teachers also receive a one-time base fee of $0.25 per question to encourage the addition of more questions. Zaker.io reserves the right to change this base fee at any time. Royalties and the base fees are disbursed to the teachers' accounts at the end of each month.
2. Free Pools
   • Availability: Accessible to all users, including non-premium users.
   • Compensation: No royalties or payments will be made for questions in Free Pools. Teachers create these Pools voluntarily to help students without expecting financial compensation.

Publication Process

• Private by Default: All Pools created by teachers are private by default.
• Request to Publish: Teachers must request to publish their Pools to make them available to platform users.
• Pool Type Selection: Teachers must specify whether the Pool is a Premium Pool or a Free Pool when requesting to publish.

Our Rights

• Quality Control: Zaker.io reserves the right to reject any publication request if the Pool's questions are deemed to be of low quality.
• Unpublishing: Zaker.io reserves the right to unpublish any Pool at any time if the quality of the Pool declines, if there are any copyright violations, or for any other reason at Zaker.io's discretion.
